The BEANBAG!!!!

i got to shred it! it was so fun! i got to bite it and rip it and spread those little beads all over the living room...i think it was much better than the towel i shredded first. i must find another one...the little girl won't let me near her bean bag. hhhmmm, i must plot how to get it the next time they leave.

Soccer

i love soccer! the ball is much more fun to chase and tackle than squeaky ones. here i am with 2 of my little peeps and they think they can get the best of me! HA! i am the best. after all, i am the worlds best malamute! just ask my dad if you don't believe me.

Update-HELP!!

the moths have really been thick lately. i've been busy chasing them around. now that i can no longer escape to the front yard, i must find joy where i can. Oh, the kids have the pool out now so i can go swimming and splash and run. that is my favorite.

i have a new problem tho. the cat has been bugging me terribly. i had to warn her a couple of time because she's so kneady. the meowing is driving me crazy as i don't understand. it just sounds like, 'blah, blah, whine, whine, blah, blah' to me. i liked the massages at first, but now she just won't leave me alone! i can't take much more of this!

what do you suggest for attention starved cats? other than eating them...my girl would object, i'm sad to say.

Mothra!!!

well, it wasn't really Mothra, but it was close. and i caught it! it was huge! at least a 3 inch body. it was really fuzzy on my tongue too. i'd let it go just to catch it again. oh, that was fun! and because it was so big, it lived for awhile and was able to be let go quite a few times.

then, the cat got one! so i had to take it from her. then Mothra II got loose and the cat caught it again. i tell ya, those cats are sure handy to have around! i was able to let it go a couple of times before it finally got loose and i lost it. oh well. tonight is another night!

i'm off to hunt moths before bed.

Easter

last night was great. i had wonderful dreams of me chasing the Easter Bunny. he bounded around me and there was color, lots of color. guess i was twitching pretty good. the people woke me up laughing at me. i wish they'd let a sleeping dog sleep!

i am planning on napping most the day. there was lots of visiting yesterday at my grandma's and i didn't get my afternoon nap in.

aaahhh...the cat is close to me. SSSHHHH! don't tell anyone i actually like it! here is a picture of when they first came. they were little in this picture. now, there is more meat to them so i can enjoy their warmth better.

MIA

my family was MIA! i had no idea where they went! i searched and searched, but they were no where to be found...oh what to do???

it's ok now. they came back in the big wheeled thing. they had all this stuff too. smelled great! i was so happy they came, i couldn't help but chase my tail. and man i was able to chase it good!

aaahhhh....now i get to play with my kids again. i hope they don't do this often!

Chillin

here i am chillin with my home-girl. she is so much fun. i get to go outside and play with her often. she rides a bike and lets me bark at her. then she rides the skateboard and lets me bark at her. then i lay on my back and she rubs my belly. i love it!

she is one of my favorites...

my foot is better so i think i'll go run a little. lots to make up for since i napped all day yesterday.

Ouch I'm tired

yesterday included a trip to the foothills. one of my favorite places to run because i can actually get the birds, rabbits, squirrels, butterflies or go where my nose takes me. well, i really don't catch anything, but i will one day. they are sure fun to chase.

yesterday, i hurt my paw. the pad was cut and i can't walk. the people are nice and look at it, and they really don't hurt me. i wish they'd fix the hurt tho.

i think i'll just lay on the couch all day today. i hope they don't leave, but if they do i'll find something close to examine and shred. (that's my job when they are gone...to examine and shred stuff!)

off to nap, or at least pretend like i'm napping before they go...maybe just maybe they'll leave me in side this time...

MONSTERS!!!!

today, the people were in danger...i barked until they put me outside. i don't understand why i couldn't just scare it away. for some reason, every week this big yellow thing comes out with someone behind it. i try to warn them, but for some reason, they just laugh. maybe an odd game that i don't know yet? hmmm...i'll just have to go with that.

ok, playing works much better. i get to dance and bark and jump all around the 'thing'. and to make it better, every time i jump and bark the people move it so i bark more. then, it gets loud so i get to bark more.

but that's not the end of it! there is this fuzzy thing that the boy keeps waving at me. i get to chase it, then it chases me. oh fun! i get to bark and jump some more.

oh, but there's more! more laps this time. the boy has something he puts around him. then he goes toward me...so i get to run! on the bed. off the bed. down the hall. on the couch. off the couch. on the bed off the bed. oh fun! i like this game! just glad the yellow thing is gone--at least for this week.
